This modern pavilion-style extension to the house serves three functions:
It offers space for an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table, a storage room and a fitness area.

 

The planning maximizes privacy from neighbors and offers a great view of the garden with flowering perennials. The large-screen TV in the gym can be turned to face the outdoor table to ensure that the football games are not missed during dinner.
